We will start the tour at 8:30 am heading northeast to a ravine through which one of the rivers that flows to San Pedro de Atacama passes, having to descend along trails of medium incline at an altitude of 2,940 meters above sea level, having to descend to 2,870 meters above sea level to the riverbed, and from here climb up the bottom of the canyon to the hidden waterfall.

This canyon has water, vegetation, and a microclimate that made it ideal for the ancestors of those who would later populate the Atacama Salt Flat to settle 6,000 years ago. We will be able to see a dry-stone structure that was used by those ancient inhabitants who benefited from this more fertile geological zone and its proximity to larger fauna that live at higher altitudes, such as vicuñas and others.

After almost an hour's walk we will arrive at the hidden waterfall, a place charged with ancestral energy and vital energy, where those who wish can take a bath.
